Successful delivery of Programmes and Projects

Project management maturity assessment provides an overall assessment of your PPM capabilities, and that of your PMO. If your practice base is PMBOK®, we can undertake an OPM3® assessment. For PRINCE2® based organisations, we can assess your capabilities utilising the Portfolio, Programme and Project Management Maturity Model (P3M3®).

Demonstration of the effectiveness in translation of an organization’s strategy to individual projects is the output of these assessments. Clear advice on required changes to your project management principles and practices is provided to ensure your organization’s strategic goals are achieved.
