It is not the aim of our Programme managers to micromanage projects. Leaving project management to the project managers, their emphasis is the coordinating and resource prioritisation. Managing links between your projects, they maintain the overall program costs and risks.

Project management maturity assessment provides an overall assessment of your PPM capabilities, and that of your PMO. If your practice base is PMBOK®, we can undertake an OPM3® assessment. For PRINCE2® based organisations, we can assess your capabilities utilising the Portfolio, Programme and Project Management Maturity Model (P3M3®).

Demonstration of the effectiveness in translation of an organization’s strategy to individual projects is the output of these assessments.
