Philip has held senior management roles at a number of organisations and his Programme and Project management skills have been utilised to establish, develop, improve and manage business operations in Australia and Asia. He has also undertaken a number of P3M3® assessments for Federal Government agencies under the AGIMO P3M3® initiative.
Deborah Speakman is an experienced and well qualified project manager, having managed several major IT&T transformation projects both nationally and internationally.
Deborah has worked for over 10 years in the Telecommunications industry in several organisations including Optus, Cable & Wireless, and AAPT. Her specialisation is technology driven transformation projects that involve the migration or transition from one environment to another.
Robbie is an experienced hands on leader and coach, outcome driven and used to operating in high performance cultures. Known for strong people management skills, ability to impart the vision down the line, and creating team environments, which have achieved challenging targets.
Commercially focused, with experience in HR, General Management, marketing, sales and project management. Able to demonstrate a successful track record in thinking through issues strategically and developing innovative concepts, which have significantly improved areas of strategic importance.
Customer focused, both internal and external, and supportive of management with a strong commitment to on time delivery through key accountability frameworks.
