Since concentrating on a career in management consultancy he has achieved an impressive record in management of large IT & Construction projects through strategy, conceptual and detailed designs, costing and budget development, contract negotiation, tendering, investment analysis, and delivery to demanding time and cost constraints.

Wayne understands and can communicate with business as well as technology professionals and senior management bringing their efforts to bear in a cooperative manner to achieve superior results.
