Extensive knowledge managing data centre integrations, system migrations and developments, contact centres, major relocations and new sites.

Including contact centre consolidation, building infrastructure (Data Centres, Communications rooms, Generators, Air Conditioning), as well as all staff technology infrastructure (networking, desktops, telephony).

Gen-i / CBA - Programme Manager for Nova project - gigabit to the desktop, VoIP Telephony, and critical contact centre implementation – budget of $11M

Promina Group – Senior Project Manager. Implement COIN Office infrastructure. Upgrade ShiftTrack call centre rostering. Upgrade Symposium call centre call routing.

Broadcast Australia - Project Management of all major IT projects. Network consolidation and cost reduction. Upgrade Network Monitoring Systems.
