Major Assignments

Sydney Water Corporation - Programme Manager for the delivery of a $16.2 million asset replacement programme for its Telephony & Data Networks. Induded Head office relocation Unified Cisco VoIP and Gigabit to the desktop.

Gen-I (Telecom NZ) - Programme Director working on the CBA “Which new Bank’ initiatives (Nova). Projects included New data Centre build. First design and installation of leading edge technology site that supported their 132221 call centre. Combination of Call centre staff from Sydney and the CBA’s Business Continuity Centre.

AAPT (Telecom NZ) - Managed the remediation of the Brisbane CO exchange following a major incident and its implications forced a majority of the site to be re-built.

Commonwealth Bank - Setup and administration of a governance group to ensure network upgrades are performed with minimal risk to operational performance.

Qualifications
