Your Concern

Portfolio, Programme and Project Management (PPM) as a capability area within your business is fundamental to successful delivery of company strategy. However, the organisation suffers from the lack of ability to deliver consistently using a common methodology and language. Different management of each project makes it impossible to transfer lessons learned and develop the discipline. The consistent use of a standard methodology, processes and documentation ensures efficient delivery of projects.  You have developed a strong team of professionally qualified project managers who have the opportunity to develop their PM skills continually while working for the company.  You have established a supportive Project Management Office (PMO) that assists the project managers in getting their jobs done effectively and maintains project status updates across all projects.  To assist in running and monitoring projects in an efficient way IT Systems & Software are implemented and utilised. The effective capture of lessons learned provides continuous improvements to maintain and enhance project management capabilities.
