One of your key programmes or projects is being driven off track by external pressure, unexpected delivery issues and spiralling cost. Having made good progress during the early stages, the project team is starting to find it hard going and expected benefits are starting to slip. The programme team is likely to have some or all of the following challenges:
• a complex or complex problem which is beyond their collective experience to overcome • lack of confidence from the steering group and wider stakeholder community • slippage across multiple independant projects within the programme portfolio • high variation in actual spend compaired to budgeted cost cost pressure • some activities at a standstill with no clear resolution path.
